1. Who we are

This website (scadahud.com) is operated by Hudop Technology Inc. ("ScadaHud", "we", "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@scadahud.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect the information you give us through this website:

• Demo and contact requests: name, work email, company, role, country, industry, estimated I/O count and the message you write.
• Newsletter subscriptions: the email address you submit in the footer form.
• Server logs: standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) generated by our hosting provider for security and operations.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

3. Why we collect it

• To respond to your demo, quote or support request.
• To send you ScadaHud release notes and product updates if you subscribed.
• To detect and prevent abuse of the website.

4. How long we keep it

Demo and contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to follow up with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our internal records (up to 24 months). Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days unless retained longer for security investigation.

5. Who has access

Submissions are sent over TLS-encrypted SMTP and delivered to a mailbox accessible only to ScadaHud staff who handle demo requests and customer correspondence. We use trusted infrastructure providers (currently Hostinger for hosting and email delivery) acting as data processors on our behalf.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are located (EU/EEA, UK, Türkiye/KVKK and similar regimes) you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing or withdraw consent
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Cookies

This website uses a minimal set of strictly-necessary cookies for routing and security. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies that track you across other sites. If that changes in the future we will update this page and request consent where required.

8. International transfers

Our hosting provider may store and process data in data centers outside your country. Where applicable we rely on standard contractual safeguards required by GDPR and KVKK for cross-border transfers.

9. Children

ScadaHud is a B2B industrial product. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when the most recent changes took effect.
