The rules for visiting and using the scadahud.com website. Use of the ScadaHud product itself is governed separately by the End User License Agreement.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using scadahud.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About ScadaHud
The Site is operated by Hudop Technology Inc. ("ScadaHud", "we", "us"). The Site is a marketing and informational resource for the ScadaHud industrial automation platform.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes such as:
- Reading product information and documentation
- Submitting demo, quote or support requests
- Subscribing to product updates
You may not use the Site to harass, defraud, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at rates that affect availability, or violate any applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, screenshots, images and source code, is owned by ScadaHud or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. The names "ScadaHud", the ScadaHud logomark, and related marks are trademarks of Hudop Technology Inc. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of Site content without our prior written consent, except for limited fair use such as quotation with attribution.
5. Submissions
Information you submit through forms (demo requests, newsletter subscriptions, etc.) is processed under our Privacy Policy. By submitting, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's availability, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the ScadaHud product is governed by its separate license agreement and is not warranted under these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScadaHud will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory local law of your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
